Firearms

The Firearms Add-On Module allows you to keep track of your members and your club’s Firearms, as well as their shooting records. There are also Firearm criteria in Member Lists so that you can target access or emails to owners of particular groups of Firearms.

Settings

  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > General Club Settings.

  2. Navigate to the “Firearms” tab.

  3. Complete the settings:

    1. Entry Date Limit: Set the maximum number of days before or after a Firearm usage that a Shooting Record can be recorded. This is to prevent users from retrospectively adding Shooting Records to artificially adjust their history.

    2. Usage Reason Options: Each Shooting Record requires a reason for the shoot that can be selected from a pre-defined list. You can add, remove, and edit existing options here. The default options are “Competition” and “Practice”.

    3. Add Usage Reason: Click to add a new Usage Reason.

    4. Range Options: Each Shooting Record requires a range for the shoot that can be entered or selected from a list. You can add to, remove from, and edit existing options on the list here.

    5. Add Range: Click to add a new Range.

  4. Save Changes: Once happy with the details, click “Save Changes” to save the settings.
