Analyse Payouts

When a payment provider pays out to your club account it can sometimes be a bit tricky to match up the payout with the payments in myClubhouse, for accounting purposes. The Analyse Payouts page makes this easy by showing all the myClubhouse payments that are included in a payout from Stripe or GoCardless.

    6. Purchase: If the charge can be matched with a purchase or purchases in myClubhouse, it will be shown here, detailing the member’s name, product name, and amount. Clicking on the link will take you to the purchase page for further details. If charges in the Payout came from somewhere other than myClubhouse, the Purchase section for that charge will be blank.

    7. By Product Category: Each Product Category represented by the purchases will be shown in a separate column with its own total. Note that products can be linked to more than one Product Category (or none).
