Email Signatures

Any registered user who has access to send an email can have an email signature to sign off all emails. When sending an email through myClubhouse, the Signature will be autofilled into the body of the text

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the user’s profile page. Your name > My Profile for your own, or through search or Member Directory for another user.

  2. Scroll down to the “Email Sending” section.

  3. Click the pencil.

  4. Write the Email Signature.

  5. Click the green tick to save.

  6. When you go to send an email, the signature will already be populated in the body of the email.

     

Partials

If an email signature needs to be used by more than the user themselves, you can create a Partial for the signature instead. This can then be used by anyone who has permission to send an email.
