Sometimes members sign up to your myClubhouse site again rather than sign in to their existing account. This can be after a long absence, for infrequent visitors, or simply just by mistake. The Duplicate Users tool makes it easy to locate these duplicates and deal with them by merging or deleting them.
At the moment, this is a basic tool that matches the first initial and the surname with matches in the database. This can mean that you may get results that do not match. E.g. Albus Dumbledore would be flagged as a possible duplicate of Aberforth Dumbledore.
