General

New Features

  • Branches and Sections
    • Split your club into different Branches (usually by location)

    • Now have conditional questions (e.g. If user answers 'Yes' to Q1, go to Q1a, otherwise go to Q2)
    • Individual questions can be read-only to user (editable by admin only)
    • Individual questions can be hidden from the user (visible to admin only)

    • Questions can be marked as 'Member Attributes' and show in the Member Directory and Member Profile views

    • New subscription life-cycle with the following statuses:
      • Requested by user

  • Membership Categories
    • Core membership categories
    • Section-specific membership categories (can be linked to certain core categories i.e. you need both)
    • Set default Renewal categories (allows you to define progression through membership categories, for example, as members get older)
    • Different prices starting on different dates (allows you to enter pricing for next year before it comes into force)
  • Leagues and Teams
    • Branch new team and season managers allowing you to create and manage fixtures across all teams from a single page. 
    • Fixtures automatically show in events calendar.
    • Squad management. Team captains/managers can define their squads of players.
    • New player availability tracking. Players can declare entire season availability in advance. 
    • New selection view to allow selection across all teams playing on a single match day.  Selection is only visible once published.
    • Player transfer mechanism allowing captains to release/accept players to/from other teams.
    • Player availability confirmation. Once selected, players can confirm their availability for the fixture. 
  • Finance
    • New pages to view, analyse and export received and due payment information, purchases etc. 
    • Payment plans allow you to offer payment by instalments or deposit & balance for selected purchases.
    • Support for Stripe card payments (1.4% + 20p);  PayPal also still supported. 
    • Support for payments to individual members (rather than the club).  Allows event organizers to track their own received payments. 
  • Document Downloads
    • All in one place - administrators can add documents from the same page that they are viewed from.
  • Send an Email (or text)
    • Complete redesign - no longer a wizard, now just a single page. 
    • Better html editor
  • Entitlements Manager
    • Far more settings giving much greater control over who has permission for different tasks.
