  1. Navigate to the member’s profile page, either from the Member Directory or using the site-wide search.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “Administration” section.

  3. Next to “Deceased”, click the pencil icon.

  4. Select “Yes”.

  5. Click the green tick to save.

  6. Next to “Do Not Email”, click the pencil icon.

  7. Select “Yes”.

  8. Click the green tick to save.

  9. This will prevent the member from being sent any emails, appearing in the site-wide search, or member look-up fields. They will remain in the Member Directory.
