In this example, we will create a renewal for each member of a family and combine them into a single Group Subscription.

  1. Navigate to the Lead Family Member’s current Subscription.

    1. The easiest way to do this is to type their name into the site wide search in the menu bar, and then click through to their Subscriptions from their profile page.

  2. Keep as an individual Subscription but make sure that the dates match the Group Subscription.

  3. Navigate to the new Group Subscription.

  4. Click “Assign” next to the appropriate slot.

    1. Existing Registered User: Start typing the name of the member who you just created the renewal for, and select their name from the dropdown.

    2. Assign Existing Subscription: Select “Assign Existing Subscription” and then select the appropriate Subscription from the dropdown.

  3. Click “OK”.

  4. Repeat steps 7-13 for each Family Member.

  5. The Subscription is now created and can be accepted and paid for as normal.

At any point, if you see a “Send Notification Emails” box, make sure it is unchecked so you can do all of this without interference. Once you have sorted the renewal, you can navigate to the Group Subscription and click “Email Email > Renewal Offer” Offer to send the renewal email.
