  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Membership Subsets.

  2. Click “Add Subset”.

  3. Complete the wizard:

    1. Name: Enter the name of the Subset.

    2. Member List: Select the Member List that will define the users who will be included in the Subset. Learn more about Member Lists in this guide: Member Lists

    3. Obsolete: Leave this unchecked. If the subset is no longer needed, you can edit it and check this field.

    4. OK: Once happy with the details, click “OK” to save the Subset.

  4. Repeat the steps for all Subsets.
