Group Subscriptions should not be confused with Family Groups! Though Group Subscriptions (group memberships) are often designed for families, they are simply a way of offering a discounted membership to groups of members who may or may not be in the same Family Group. In some use cases, they are for members of the same club, team or company. Family Groups are a way of grouping users for easier administration. From the Subscription page, you can assign slots.To
There are many ways to get to the Subscription page, you can use one of the following methods:
For members:
Click “Manage” next to the Subscription at the end of the Registration Wizard.
Navigate to Subscriptions > My Subscriptions and click “View/Manage” next to the Subscription.
Navigate to your name > My Subscriptions and click “View/Manage” next to the Subscription.
Navigate to your name > My Profile and click the name next to the Subscription in the “Membership” section.
For Admins:

Navigate to Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions and click “View” next to the Subscription.

Navigate to Subscriptions > Browse Subscriptions and click “View” next to the Subscription.

Search for the member in the site-wide search to go to their profile. Once there, click the name next to the Subscription in the “Membership” section.

Navigate to Information > Member Directory. Search for, or otherwise locate, the member and click “View” next to them to go to their profile. Once there, click the name next to the Subscription in the “Membership” section.

e.g. From the user's profile page, jump to the “Membership” section and then click "<Member Name>'s Subscriptions" or "My Subscriptions" if viewing your own profile page. Then click the blue "View/Manage" button against the Group Subscription.
