Sometimes members sign up to your myClubhouse site again rather than sign in to their existing account. This can be after a long absence, for infrequent visitors, or simply just by mistake. The Duplicate Users tool makes it easy to locate these duplicates and deal with them by merging or deleting them.

Navigate to Subscriptions > Find Duplicate Members.
Search: You can use search terms and filters to help you narrow down the users. This can be useful if you are looking for a particular person, or within a particular group of people.
Columns: Click Columns to add or remove columns in the table to show the information you need to distinguish between duplicate users. You can also drag to reorder the columns.
View: If you are have created a view using a combination mix of columns and filters that you want would like to use later, possibly again in the future, perhaps as your default, you can save the Viewit for later use. Learn more about Views in this guide: Views
Merge: Click to be taken to the Merge page where you can merge the chosen user with another, choosing which data will be kept from each user. Learn more about merging members in this guide: How to Merge, Delete or Anonymise Duplicate Users
