Reset your password

If you have forgotten your username or password, this can be easily rectified from the sign-in page. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the sign-in page, click the "Forgotten your username/password?" link

  2. Enter your forename, surname and email address into the form.  

    When entering your name and email, it is very important that you enter them exactly as you did when you registered with myClubhouse originally.

  3. Press the "Remind Me" button.  You should get a success message appear at the top of the screen warning you that the token you receive will only be good for 1 hour. 

  4. Shortly after this, you should receive two emails: one will contain your username (login) and the other will contain a link which you need to click to reset your password. If the system could not match the name and email you supplied, then you will get an email informing you of this. 

    Unfortunately, we can't determine and tell you what your password is as all passwords are stored in an irreversible hashed form for security reasons.

  5. Click on the password reset link and it will take you to the password reset page. 
  6. Your token will automatically be entered into the boxes at the top. Enter your new password and click "Confirm Changes". 
  7. You should get a success message at the top of the screen and you can then proceed to sign-in with your username and new password using the Sign-in button in the top-right.
