1. Log in to your myClubhouse site.

2. Navigate to “CMS” CMS > “Create Create New Page”Page.

   

3. Enter the page Title.

   

4. Split the Block into 2 Columns by clicking the central line.

   

5. In the left-hand Column, click “Image”.

   

   1. Click “Select Image”.

      

   2. Click “Upload Image”.

      

   3. Click “Choose File”.

      

   4. Browse your device for the image you want to use and select it.

   5. Click “Upload”.

      

   6. Click “OK”.

      

   7. Click “OK”, your image will appear in the left-hand Column of the Block.

      

6. Hover your pointer over the image, some floating menu will appear as shown. Click the down green arrow to insert a new Component below the image.

   

   1. In the new Component space, click “Text”.

      

   2. Click in the Text Component and enter some text. (Tip: If the floating menu items are obscuring your text, move your mouse pointer off the Component.)

      

7. In the right-hand Column, click “Widget”.

   

   1. Select “Event List”.

      

   2. Click “OK”.

      

8. Click “Done”.

   

9. Hover your pointer over the existing Block, then click “Insert” to add a new Block below the existing one.

   

10. The new Block may not be immediately obvious (because it is empty) but if you hover your pointer over the area where you expect it to be, you should see an outline and a pop-up menu. Click “Edit” on the new Block.

    

11. Split the Block into 3 Columns by clicking the 4th and 8th vertical lines.

    

12. In the left-hand Column, click “Widget”.

    

    1. Select “Common Links”.

       

    2. Click “OK”.

       

13. In the centre Column, click “Text”.

    

    1. Enter some text.

       

    2. Click the paint bucket icon to change the background colour.

       

    3. Next to “Colour”, click “Yes”.

       

    4. Click “Reference Colour”.

       

    5. Select “Primary” from the dropdown.

       

    6. Click “OK”.

       

14. In the right-hand Column, click “Widget”.

    

    1. Select “Photo Gallery”.

       

    2. Click “OK”.

       

    3. Click “Configure”.

       

    4. Click “2 Columns” for the number of Columns.

       

    5. Click “Add Images”.

       

    6. Click “Bulk Upload Images”.

       

    7. Click “Choose File”.

       

    8. Browse your device for the images you want to upload, select multiple images at once then “Open” (or your device’s command).

    9. The images appear in the Bulk Image Upload pop-up. Click “Upload”.

       

    10. Click “Close”.

        

    11. Select your uploaded images from the finder.

        

    12. Click “OK”.

        

    13. Click “OK”.

        

15. Click “Done”.

    

16. With your pointer hovering on the Block, click “Insert” to add a new Block below the previous one.

    

17. Hover your pointer over the area containing the new Block and click “Edit”, then click “Widget”.

    

    1. Select “Member List”.

       

    2. Click “OK”.

       

    3. Click “Configure”.

       

    4. Select a Member List from the dropdown. In this example, “Committee Members” has been selected.

       

    5. Enter the title for the Widget.

       

    6. Click “OK”.

       

    7. Click “Done”.

       

18. Click “Save Draft”. You can now see what the page will look like when it is published.

    

19. If you’re happy with the page, click “Publish”. The page can now be viewed.

    

20. Add the page to the menu to make it easier for users to find.

    1. Scroll to the bottom and click “Add this page to main menu”.

       

    2. Remove “?version=1” from the end of the URL.

       

    3. Enter the Caption which is usually the same as the Page Title.

       

    4. Click “Select” next to “Icon”.

       

    5. Select an icon to represent the page.

       

    6. Select which menu it will come under. In this example, “Information” has been selected.

       

    7. Select the item before which the new menu item should be inserted. In this example, “Document Downloads” has been selected.

       

    8. Click “OK”.

       

21. Refresh the page to see the change to the menu.
