Points Leagues are competitions where players get a certain number of points depending on where they place in each round. These are commonly used for races as points can be assigned based on where each player finishes the race. Penalties and bonuses can also be awarded and included in the final calculations.

Click the orange “Edit Settings” button.
Complete the wizard:
Points Scale: Click the green “Add” button to add more positions to the Points Scale. Then you can define how many points the player or team gets for finishing in that position.
Drop Count:The drop count specifies how many results should be dropped when calculating the final score. If it is set to 3, it will drop the 3 worst scores for each competitor. This can be used to make competitions a little fairer, as all players or teams may not be able to attend every round.
Bonus Points: If you wish to offer Bonus Points, give them a name here. These are displayed separately but are added to each player’s total.
Penalties: If you have Penalty Points, give it a name here. These are displayed separately but are subtracted from each player or team’s total.
Introduction: This text will appear at the top of the Results page. This could be used to include instructions, rules, or an introductory message to the entrants.
OK: Once happy with the settings, click “OK” to save the configuration.
